Software
I believe that a good HCI researcher and software engineer serves people, not papers. To this end, I try whenever possible to produce open-source tools and APIs either as a consequence of research or to support it. Some of my more notable projects include ChainForge, an open-source visual programming environment for testing prompts and evaluating LLM behavior, and Splat, a tiny affinity diagramming tool.
- ChainForge: A visual toolkit for prompt engineering and LLM hypothesis testing.
- Splat: A lightweight single-file affinity diagramming tool with local semantic search and AI support.
Both projects are open-source; follow the links above for demos, source, and download instructions.
